• In addition to 2 post-graduate courses and a Pathology Tutorial on November 7,
  the core OESO program will comprise 45 Sessions in 3 Rooms (Rooms 1-2-3),
  with replies to 270 questions.
  
  
• The Chinese part of the program will comprise 2 pre-conference Education courses,
  8 post-graduate courses, and 76 Sessions in 6 Rooms (Rooms 4-5-6-7-8-9), with the contribution of the National Cancer Center, China – the Cancer Foundation of China – the Committee of Esophageal Cancer, CACA – the Committee of Endoscopy, CACA – the Committee of Cancer Epidemiology, CACA – the Committee of Cancer Etiology, CACA – the Chinese Society for Diseases of the Esophagus.
  
  
• In this intense joint program, the positions of Chairs, Discussants and Speakers will be shared by Chinese and non Chinese experts.

The new Format for the OESO sessions

The tradition of the OESO congresses will be enriched with a new format, one which will keep the unique-to-OESO method of Questions – Answers to reach an in-depth dissection of a subject.

 

Significant change: each session will be limited to 55 minutes, and divided into 2 parts:

• 30min – Current state of the topic: 6 five minute replies to sharp questions

• 25min – Discussion – Perspectives: "New features for tomorrow"

Number of Questions in the OESO core program: 90 per day.
