The above listed fees include payment service charges.

 

Description of membership types and registration categories:

1. Regular participant: Audience.
2. Chairs-Discussants-Speakers: special registration fee of $650 whatever the date of registration.
3. OESO Members: those who apply for OESO members’ registration must provide an OESO ID subject to OESO confirmation.
4. Young Investigators: born on or after1984, who have finished training and are currently pursuing an interest in basic or clinical research (ID requested during the registration process).
5. Fellow: enrolled in an accredited fellowship program and will finish their training before July 1, 2021. The fellows who fulfil the above requirement qualify for a reduced registration fee. (Certification may be requested during the registration process)
6. Accompanying persons: Access to the Opening Ceremony (Thursday, Nov. 7, 6:00 pm)

 

 

Full OESO 2019 congress registration fees include:

1. Access to all scientific sessions
2. Access to the Exhibition Hall and Poster viewing area during opening hours
3. Access to all Industry lunch symposia. (For details and the final schedule, please visit the program page)
4. Coffee breaks and working lunches on November 8 & 9
5. Access to the Opening Ceremony on November 7, 2019
6. Online access to posters, abstracts and program information
7. Registered delegates are entitled to register for Gala Dinner and other social activities (additional fees)

Onsite Registration

Please note that on-site registration payment can be processed by credit card or paid in cash.

 

 

Confirmation

Each participant will receive a Registration Overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion of the online Registration Form.

 

 

Payment

Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.

 

 

Bank transfer

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by the registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details.

Payment by bank transfer is possible after 1 August 2019. Before this date, all participants should register online.

The registration fee will be collected according to your registration date.

 

 

Cancellation/Refund of the Registration fees

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to the congress secretariat (OESO2019@hotmail.com). Cancellations will be accepted until October 25, 2019. The full amount will be refunded less 100 USD to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method after the congress.

Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.

Amendments to the registration may incur a handling fee of 25 USD.

Substitution: after cancellation deadline date, no refunds can be made for registration fees. However, your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate. Only one transfer/substitute per registration.
