Registrations fees

*   Are considered as «Fellows» those who are enrolled in an accredited fellowship program and will finish their training before July 1, 2019.
The fellows who fulfil the above requirement qualify for a reduced registration fee. (Certificated may be requested during the registration process)

**  Born on or after 1982, who have finished training and are currently pursuing an interest in basic or clinical research (ID requested during the registration process)

Registration fee includes:

            • Attendance at Scientific Sessions

            • Congress Kit

            • Opening Ceremony (Saturday, Sept. 2 – 6:30 pm)

            • Welcoming reception following the Opening Ceremony

            • Lunches and refreshments during breaks on Sept. 2 and 3

            • Entrance to the exhibition

The organization of the Congress will offer its assistance in order to support the organization of the stay of your delegates. SymPORG will be glad to quickly help you to identify the best solutions, venues, services in order to obtain a complete and integrated service as far as your attendance to “14th OESO World Congress” is  concerned. Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation / Refund of the Registration fees

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or airmail to the congress secretariat (Symporg SA). Cancellations will be accepted until July 15, 2017. The full amount will be refunded less 100 CHF to cover cancellation costs (excl 8% VAT). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

 

Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.

 

Amdendments to the registration may incur a handling fee of 25 CHF.

 

 

 

Substitution

After the cancellation deadline date, no refunds can be made for registration fees; however, your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate. Only one transfer/substitute per registration.

 

 

 

Disclaimer

The organisers may at any time, with or without giving notice, in their absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. In any case, neither the organisers nor any of their officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person, nor will they return any money paid to them in connection with the conference unless they are satisfied not only that the money in question remains under their control but also that the person who paid it has been unfairly prejudiced (as to which, decision shall be in their sole and unfettered discretion and, when announced, final and conclusive).
