Registration fees

A. Core Program

Registration fee includes:

• Attendance at Scientific Sessions, including Post-Graduate courses

• Congress Kit

• Opening ceremony (Monday, August 31 at 6:30 pm, Salle Prince Pierre at Grimaldi Forum)

• Welcoming reception following the Opening Ceremony

• Lunches and refreshments during breaks on 1, 2 and 3 September

• Entrance to the exhibition

 

*    Are considered as «Fellows» those who are enrolled in an accredited fellowship program and will finish their training before

     July 1, 2017. The fellows who fulfil the above requirement qualify for a reduced registration fee.

**  Born on or after 1980, who have finished training and are currently pursuing an interest in basic or clinical research.

 

 

B. Accompanying person

Registration fee for accompanying person includes:

• Opening ceremony (Monday, August 31 at 6:30 pm, Salle Prince Pierre at Grimaldi Forum)

• Welcoming reception following the Opening Ceremony

• One visit half day (Easy Hike Around Cap Martin)

 

 

Confirmation of registration:

Invoice, that will serve as confirmation letter of registration, will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of the relevant payment.

 

Groups:

The organization of the Congress will offer its assistance in order to support the organization of the stay of your delegates. Publi-Creations  will be glad to quickly help you to identify the best solutions, venues, services in order to obtain a complete and integrated service as far as your attendance to “13th OESO World Congress” is  concerned.

 

Group Blank Registration Vouchers:

• You can order a Group Registration Voucher (10 registrations from the same Institution waives the fee for #11) from the Congress Exhibition Sponsor Office writing to Ms. Leonetta Baldini Leonetta.baldini@publicreations.com

• Provide for full pre-payment within May 29, 2015.

• The names of your delegates have to be sent by July 17, 2015 at the latest.

• Refund for unused blank registrations are available to the level of  10% of the blank registrations paid. 90% is non refundable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment and cancellation policy

 

Payment:

●  Confirmation and Deposit: A first deposit of 50% NOT REFUNDABLE is required upon confirmation.

●  Please note: If the first deposit due has not been paid by the deadline mentioned below, the requested sponsorship or exhibition space will not be assigned.

●  Final Payment: The outstanding balance of 50% of the total fees is due by 90 days preceding the starting date of OESO Congress (April 30, 2015). An invoice for the amount will be sent to the participating companies.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations (oeso2015@publicreations.com):

●  Before 30 June 2015 all fees will be refunded minus 30%. All amounts will be settled after the meeting.

●  After 30 June 2015 no refunds will be made.

●  For group registrations after 15 July 2015 all name changes will be invoiced € 36.
