A wonderful and exclusive place is waiting for you. Famous for its lake, for its villas with florid parks and secular trees, for its famous "vip" guests, Como can offer you every kind of solution for your spare time. Not far from Milan, near the Switzerland, there's Como, a town where everything is special. This small town is famous for its history, culture, textile industry - it is also known as the “Capital of silk - but above all for its amazing geographical position and impressive scenery of mountains rolling down to the water edge.

Cultural routes are ready. From old Romanesque churches to Rationalist architecture, Como is rich in proposals, and the nearly valleys are full of opportunities for mountain lovers, who through wild environments and unspoiled valleys can try out every kind of experience that this natural setting can offer.

Situated in a basin surrounded by wooded mountains, Lake Como offers an extremely varied landscape. Its shores features a succession of pastures, woods, harsh and impressive rocks, charming villages facing the lake, majestic works of architecture such as superb mansions with luxurious gardens that reach the shore. These are the sumptuous villas that once hosted not only the nobility of the Lombardia region, but also foreign travellers, artists, and foreign statesmen visiting Italy.

The Lake Como has a characteristic shape to "turned upside down Y" and the middle, where the three branches come together, has the mildest climate and offers the broadest view.

Lake Como is renowned for its climate, which is generally mild and humid and, thus, furthers the growth of luxuriant vegetation.
Obviously, the lake cuisine is based on fish but in the valleys around the Lake one finds a “frugal” but genuine gastronomy, based on polenta (corn-meal mush), cooked with butter and cheese; farmyard chicken, goat-kids. Our dishes are simple but genuine and savory and everything is under the “home made” banner.
