(2) Enrolled in an accredited fellowship program and who finish their training before July 1st, 2015.
(3) Non including Poster presenters – Special fee for registration before March 31, 2012.

Registration fees for OESO Members, Non Members, Fellows, Speakers and Non Sponsor Industry Representatives include:
- Opening ceremony
- Admission to all scientific sessions (including Post-Graduate Courses)
- Admission to poster exhibit and technical exhibit
- Congress material (delegate bag, final program, abstract brochure, etc.)
- Coffee breaks
Registration fee for exhibitors includes:
- Admission to the technical exhibit area
- Exhibitor kit
- Refreshments, when provided

Congress and will be glad to quickly help you to identify the best solutions, venues, services in order to obtain a complete and integrated service as far as your attendance to 11th OESO World Congress is concerned. 1 registration free of charge every 20 persons.
Group Blank Registration Vouchers:
- You can order a Group Registration Voucher (minimum 15 people) from the Congress Exhibition Sponsor Office
- Provide for full pre-payment within April 30, 2012
- The names of your delegates have to be sent by August 10, 2012 at the latest.
- Refund for unused blank registrations are available to the level of 10% of the blank registrations paid. 90% is non refundable.
AIFA – Italian Ministry of Health:
Planning Congressi will manage the online pre-request form for the AIFA – Italian Ministry of Health authorization procedure as requested for the pharmaceutical companies. Please contact Planning Congressi for relevant information.
